so whoever has big delts is on juice? I hear many guys coment on this and its just stupid as the "deca dick" myth

I had pretty big and round delts genetically for my age before i layed my hands on anything, only workout and food.

I'm no expert but I do think it's rare for naturals to get that "pop" to their delts. I could be wrong however.
