I once saw the Quinn pull a guy off the leg extension machine and throw him down on the floor. The poor guy ran out of the gym. At the time I thought it was hilarious. Looking back, Quinn was a fucking dick.

I'm staying with my son and in remission from my recent ails so I thought I would log on and see what is happening.
All I can say is that Mike Quinn is the biggest pussy I have ever met. Back in 87 in Golds Hampton Drive that fucker pissed me off by screaming while doing curls with 120lbs. He was shagging a guy called Neil at that time. He is as gay as the day is long at the north pole in summer. Seriously.

I still laugh at your post a couple of years ago when you mentioned that Mike had visited your gym back in the 1980's and you had showed him the pic of him and the two Dobermans. He said that he hated that pic because the day "Sucked". The previous day I had revealed that the Weiders had photographed him sucking the dog's schlongs......

I'm hanging in each day at a time. My cousin who lives in South Africa and is 62 contracted the same disease at the same time. The chemo seems to have worked in both cases. Our shared grandparents lived to 90 and 97 so perhaps thats the secret.
I'm hoping for another 6 months but the best thing is my son Lewis and his (new) wife are living within our house and we are all getting on great.

Your name wouldn't be David Shepard would it? If so we met at an EFBB event some time ago.
