Am I the only person who doubts Mike Quinn ever managed those numbers, even at his biggest?

He was what, 205 most years and 220 once (NOC comeback)... maybe 240 off-season.

What's the natural record? The strongest guy I've known who was natural got 440lb after 15 years or so of heavy training. SO yeah 440lb at for a midget 17 year old defo seems unattainable to me.

Sure I would but a church would be the last place I'd be going to if i was looking for help.

If I was looking for pedophiles or some tips on how to make people slaves and rule em with an iron fist on the other hand a church would be my first stop.

exactly. when 315 feels like nothing then you need to up the weight. When I inclined my first set was with 315. I always did it after bench and never needed a warmup set.
