no you fucking moron, working out 1-2 times per week is useless, just look at his picture, if you're not going to put in at least 3 work-outs per week don't bother, you're wasting your time.

maybe if you're going to post on a bodybuilding board you should try gaining some knowledge of exercise physiology!

Before you go around calling people morons, maybe you should just relax.
Again, maybe he works out as much as his free time allows-as well as health?
Just because working out once or twice a week does not mean he can't enjoy the experience, and gives his mind a rest from the day to day grind.
If you really are associated with Ironmanmagazine.com, you should A) know better than to attack someone in the above manner and B) would know that some people do enjoy training and do not do it for the money. Like Flex Wheeler.
Tom did sell crazy a few times across the internet, but one thing that consistently comes forth from all his posts & articles, is that the man just loves being in the gym training.
So, this being GetBig.com, sell crazy elsewhere. We're all stocked up here.

Well said.

2X a week is fine, when you're on dialysis everyother day and you run your own business....just getting a little workout in gets the blood moving and gets you out of the office to catch up with friends...

TP trains a few days a week to keep in shape the best he can...more training would be impossible as his job demands long hours and he's moved on and turned the page in the BB chapter of his life

Bob, what does Tom do now for a living?

Melvin as in Udall, not Goodrum.

Surely, you get my reference to the character after using his line?

Oh, I've heard that line over the years from about 20 musician friends of mine. Pretty much in that form, but other variations too.
I just figured the line had come from one musician or another.
So, forgive me that I didn't know the origin. You are forgiven. Now I must go and say 20 hail marys....or something useless like that! ;D

All true....I've seen many a pro train...TP was amongst the strongest, Johhnie Jackson and certainly Ronnie

His claim of slow steady movement was also true...ZERO swinging. The other thing that always amazed me was that he started his movements from the BOTTOM ( imagine starting a incline press from the bottom of the movement)...

Would you say he was stronger than J. Jackson...

What about Vince Taylor...(im joking)
