i havent ever done one before no...................... .(was approached by this guy/checked out his website and work,asked around to make sure he was legit....and it all checked out)

yea  ...every show i do is a learning experience......i had more carbs in my diet this time around
exact numbers i would have too look at my food logs (lol i have neither the energy or strenght to do that right now) i got a spliting headache   and am going to lie down 4 a bit
