im 4 1/2 weeks out right now from the "West Palm Beach Championships" this is what i look like right now

no worries i haven't got any recent pics/these are taken with a shitty phone camera (best i can do for now)

you guys may be right   (right now i got veins in my abs but my leg cuts aren't there yet)
ill pull it all together (show is June 6th)

that gives me a month exactly........right?
i seriously appreciate the advice/critiques  (last thing i wanna do is get complacent/lazy!)
i already did that at my second show to disastrous results!!!

ill keep this thread updated with progress pics (if thats cool with you guys)
and let me know whats up

I started my diet at 270 lbs (remember im 6 ft2").........prolly 230 in this shot

(lol lost so much weight i got baggy underwear)
my diet is super strict (so no room to play around with that)
only thing i can do is bump up the cardio (which i will def do!)
and hopefully i can look like this again!
(with improved thigh/quad sweep)

names Mike Arvilla tho..........not Mike Matarazzo

i Kinna agree.................i think that first show "i wanted to prove the world was wrong",and i had a fire lit under my ass you would not believe!,i was so motivated
anyhow i just took this 2 seconds ago (with my crappy phone cam) gotta do cardio now
