Hate to but in,but to do a show and come in top condition, cost a top pro at least 10,000 dollars. Just the food bill would blow your mind. Not to mention the "supplements". You have no idea what your talking about. Even a local NPC show, like Arvilla's doing would be out of the question for most. Yea you can just train, eat and do cardio, and step on stage, but if you're really serious about it, it's one of the most expensive things to get ready for. We do it for the love of bodybuilding. Nothing more, nothing less and certainly not for the money.
Exactly!!!!................people who see me/my face all sunken in/sucked down to nothing...grouchy lol/miserable ask me what do i get for all this if i win?!?!? (one hundred thousand dollars?/a job?/endorsement contract?....new car?)when i tell them................"a trophy" and i have to pay them to compete......they always have the same reaction................ ....Laughter!

Hey Mike; Looking good, stay focused! And remember a trophy tag does not designate a champion!Determination, dedication and the guts to keep going when the body says stop but the minds says go does!!
Best of Luck Mike!!! You'll do great... stay focus big guy!
Good luck, Big Mike! You are truly a legend in bodybuilding.
I gotta have Laura take some "proper" pictures ......(but here is one i snapped this morning)3 weeks and 5 days out now
You look big and hard. I think you could go from here to shredded in 4-6 weeks. It still seems like your delts completely overpower the rest of you and that lose skin on your abs needs to be fixed.
Mike had the same thing going on during his first show and the loose skin did tighten up . I hope it does this time as well.
I'm sorry, I had to giggle at that sentence. Anyhoo, I think Mike had the same thing going on during his first show and the loose skin did tighten up . I hope it does this time as well.
Big and hard are not funny words, cocks are serious businessPs Mike you look great, keep it up
Good luck with the rest of the prep Big Mike! Much props for being so dedicated!
