Today I applied some of Wavelength diet principles and did no cardio...just ate less.

Next week I will try further principles such as eating entire pint of ice cream ca. 1000 calories and filling out the rest of the day (ca. 600 calories) with other stuff. See if I can still drop fat as long as I stay within my deficit.

Today I took in ca. 1300 calories.

If anything, these videos serve a great purpose: To spread the world about shitslam and the crap it brings with it. The more people become aware, the more can be done. The fear monging helps spread the word and initiate action a lot better than what a more rational analysis would (an analysis that certainly would not have the same "fear monging" potential).
