Today I applied some of Wavelength diet principles and did no cardio...just ate less.
Next week I will try further principles such as eating entire pint of ice cream ca. 1000 calories and filling out the rest of the day (ca. 600 calories) with other stuff. See if I can still drop fat as long as I stay within my deficit.
Today I took in ca. 1300 calories.
