This guy should teach Goodrum something about how to diet.

The guys work ethic = nuts. He said in an interview that he had not eaten pizza for 4 years.

And he's got a degree in mathematics. Very bright guy.

You see, Vince, in reality people use paragraphs- mostly in the appropriate manner.

Debussey used these so-called "paragraphs" to break up the sentences, in order to separate the fact that he was telling you that you need to learn how to diet and how J-Rod has not eaten pizza in a long time.

In other words, for you to properly understand this, what this means is that the paragraph about you being unable to diet and Debussey mentioning the lack of pizza being eaten by J-Rod, are completely unrelated.
