Green tea seems to help you burn off more fat, some reports show its almost as good as bronkaid.

one of the reasons I stopped drinking so much of it is because I read an article stating that green tea leaves contain alot of flouride. too much flouride causes hypothyrodism (slow metabolism). flouride is supposedly in the medications used to treat hyperthyroidism(fast metabolism). Ill try to find the articles.

you can drink it, that is an old 'wives tale'. no truth at all to green tea slowing thyroid output. in fact it boosts metabolism slightly.

The metabolism boost is about 4% based on some stuff posed on Lyle McDonald's board.
