Never said it wasn't possible, just would like to see TA do it.
I absolutely believe he could do it, he's pulled at least 550 off the floor before from the pictures he's posted, that feat is easily within his capabilities.

Gayer than being skinny and bragging about having abs.

AXA has the best structure on getbig. He said himself and looking at him we all know it is true.

What about your claim to deadlift 225lbs x112? This is one of the most famous getbig claims. Evidence?
I guess you didn`t read the thread and catch the humor.  Most haven`t yet as most are pretty dim bulbs. Yourself, included.

think about it like this, could you get 30 in a row with 225? most people who train seriously could, well do the 30 and rest either at the top or bottom but don't take your hands off the bar, then pick it up and do 15 more, keep doing that until you get to 112, it's VERY possible.
EXACTLY how it was done.

when i was 230+ i was dead sure i'd never get down to 200 without losing a load of muscle.

today i'm around 206 and could easily lose another 10, probably 20 if i wanted to get THAT lean.

i think a big reason people get their ideas skewed is if you're a "permabulker" or otherwise just a heavy lifter you have no idea how light one can be and still lift heavy. it's so rare to see anyone under 200 pounds using three plates on a bench so the guys who are 250-ish and getting a few reps assume that if they're that strong they must not REALLY have much fat on their body. i'm quickly learning how false that is.

welcome back.
