I'm guessing you got poor calves?
i've seen worse but mine are not good.
Just don't have genetics for calves, some 50 year old japanese man in my gym walks around with huge calves and he never even trains legs. lol.

I would advise training calves and forearms as much as you can, focusing on getting as much blood into the muscle as possible.

They are never going to be a strong point, but if you don't really focus on them, in two years time they will look seriously weak compared to the rest of you

3x per week Bi's Tri's,

and you will also need a specific forearm workout

don't listen to these guys who say "Heavy deads will hit ya forearms"

That only works for guys with great forearm genetics



You just spew out a lot of claims and virtually no explanation/proof to back em up.

i also get a much better pump  training forearms than training calves

i get a pump in my forearms just walking heavy dumbbells from the rack to the bench for inclines.

I never claimed to have evidence such as 'picture of TA injecting' or some such thing. People have communicated this information to me and I already quoted someone. You could be natural, you may not be. You have a good physique. It doesn't really matter either way. There are just tons of other claims you have made, e.g. 225x112, etc. that have never been proven. Besides people who scream natural the loudest are always suspicious. Just now Croatch claimed to have gained 50lbs of muscle mass in one year. Sounds suspicious. Do you really think that everyone believes you at your word?

Croatch isn`t natural. He has used in the past.  I didn`t scream anything, and even if I had, the supposition that just because someone vehemently asserts something regularly,  the reciprocal proclamation therefore must be true even without evidence is completely baseless and invalid.

Muslims and Christians tend to scream very loudly about their belief in god.  I do not doubt that they really believe in the invisible man living in the sky.  In fact, the more vehement they tout it, the more inclined I am to believe that they are serious in their delusion.

What about your claim to deadlift 225lbs x112? This is one of the most famous getbig claims. Evidence?

think about it like this, could you get 30 in a row with 225? most people who train seriously could, well do the 30 and rest either at the top or bottom but don't take your hands off the bar, then pick it up and do 15 more, keep doing that until you get to 112, it's VERY possible.
