Leg training day

Do you wear the same thing as you would on leg day that you would training upperbody?  On leg day I like to wear shorts and a long sleeve shirt.

No it's more about just wanting to keep my upper body warm since it is not being worked.  And I wear shorts because the legs are being worked thus no need for warmth, so I can see the muscle contracting, and for greater flexibility.

a serious leg workout would make all your body warm even if you were naked!

Clearly you havn't seen how unserious my workouts are.  Dude, I just lift to look a little bigger for the chickies in the club because of my low self esteem.

i always wear shorts on leg day so i can look at my quads and hams in between sets.....also my gym hack squat is right up against a mirror so i pull up the shorts real high and i can stare at my legs/quads while i do the hack squat...

Yeah, I find it real helpful on the leg extension.  Really motivational to see the quads contracting and to feel them working.  Not to mention the lactic acid burn.

anyway i like your choice (shorts / long sleeve shirt), i really belive this helps you to concentrate more "mentally" on legs!!.. you dont have the opportunity to keep checking your upper body in the gyms mirrors :)

Short and a t-shirt. If it's cold, I'll crank the heat in my car and wear sweats to the gym until my joints get warmed up. I hate walking on the tread mill or warming up legs. Usually just start off with 135lbs, start squatting and stretch out anything that doesn't feel warm enough.

At the risk of looking like an MMA poster, I wear these shorts because there's stretchy material in the crotch area and the sides have slits so they don't ride up your ass crack. Only cost like $50 and they've lasted close to two years so far. They look like they were just purchased yesterday!
