Short and a t-shirt. If it's cold, I'll crank the heat in my car and wear sweats to the gym until my joints get warmed up. I hate walking on the tread mill or warming up legs. Usually just start off with 135lbs, start squatting and stretch out anything that doesn't feel warm enough.
At the risk of looking like an MMA poster, I wear these shorts because there's stretchy material in the crotch area and the sides have slits so they don't ride up your ass crack. Only cost like $50 and they've lasted close to two years so far. They look like they were just purchased yesterday!
