What time did McJeff PM/Email/IM you to jump in on this thread to validate his point? Curious minds want to know.
ROFLMAO, he has yet to do so as it still has taken him years to figure out how I maintain being lean whilst eating every food available that I desire.

i am married

not interested in skanks

most married people do not care about how ripped they are because they are not looking to impress, so i see your point

all women have been a skank before somewhere along there timeline, it is key to be ripped crossing good women in skank periods in there timeline/lifetime?

It's not rocket science, you take in what you need to maintain your desired level of condition and you train hard, correct?

Being with someone and settling for NOT being ripped means you just have given up on yourself.  ;D

Correct.  However, there are droves here who cannot wrap their mind around that they too, could eat whatever they want, become ripped, and maintain it indefinitely.

They have convinced themselves that only certain foods do the trick when that is simply and entirely false.

I maintain a ripped state while eating whatever I want.

Last night, Jezebelle and I made Bacon, Cheddar Cheese and Scallion Scones and Chocolate Chip Muffins, both from King Arthur`s James Beard award winning cookbook.

It REALLY is easy.

King Arthur even makes it easier providing all Nutrition facts for its recipes per gram/ per serving.

here we go again ::)

I love ya, but there is no way your 12% at 190 judging by your last pictures.

the wonder of getbig is that any % under 25% is automatically rounded down to 12%  ;D

You are wrong.  Hope this helps.

Get your .5-1 gram of protein per bodyweight in using any food you like.  Fill the rest of the calories to about 2000 with whatever you like. And yes, Mindspin, you too will be ripped year round.

Hope this helps.

And on Sundays, I don`t count any calories, but usually go VERY high.  Then Monday its back to 2000.

Hope this helps for anyone who is not ripped and wants to be.

Follow what I have written in these past two posts and you will be unbelievably lean.  The longer you follow it of course, the better the result.

I'm under 20% but that's probably super morbid obese by GetBig standards. :)

You acknowledge that protein needs to be set at a certain level = it's not just calories in/out.

I agree that once you set your protein the rest pretty much doesn't matter. Adequate intake of EFAs is important too.

I enjoy something with a pop top or twist top a little too much.
