most married people do not care about how ripped they are because they are not looking to impress, so i see your point

all women have been a skank before somewhere along there timeline, it is key to be ripped crossing good women in skank periods in there timeline/lifetime?

You are wrong.  Hope this helps.

Get your .5-1 gram of protein per bodyweight in using any food you like.  Fill the rest of the calories to about 2000 with whatever you like. And yes, Mindspin, you too will be ripped year round.

Hope this helps.

I eat whatever I want for six months out of the year in modest quantities and turn into a fat pig.  As soon as I manipulate my macros, I can eat large quantities of food and get DICED.  Not only does science support me, but so does my own personal experience.

As soon as I manipulate my macros, I can eat large quantities of food and get DICED.  Not only does science support me, but so does my own personal experience.

Large quantity as in volume or calories? You have to eat a lot of egg whites and oatmeal to equal a Big Mac. Junk food is calorie dense as you know.

NO excuse.

I grew into a fatass, because I quit working out, quit eating healthy, and starting eating all the junk food I could find.

I did it, I own it.

Then I made the conscious decision to change.  I didn't like that life anymore.  So, I did.  I'm still a work in progress and I do sometimes struggle with my sweet tooth, but every time I say 'no' to a sugary snack I don't need, I get that much closer to my goal.

No explanations and NO excuses.  Either do it or don't do it and right now, I'm doing it.

how many calories per day do you get on your best estimation? we all embellish perhapse 10 percent or so. do you stay under 3000 calories a day?

willpower's never REALLY been a problem for me. the biggest problem i run into is the concern that i'm not doing things right and so i stop the diet figuring i should bail out before all my muscle evaporates. if they made a "people chow" that came in a big-ass bag and was all you had to eat four meals a day in a bowl with some water i'd do it, but once i get about two months deep into a diet and i'm feeling weak and worn down paranoia strikes and i think i'm just burning off muscle instead of fat.

far as i'm concerned, dieting is easy. every fluctuation in weight i've ever had has been on purpose. i could fast for days at a time if it was the right way to do things, but when the hunger pangs hit (such as now) there's that niggling doubt in the back of my head that says "you're fucking up dude, tomorrow you'll barely be able to do a pushup in the gym".

I feel like that all the time. Always second guessing myself. I've never dieted down completely to like 10% or so, and have never been 10% so I don't know what the heck I'm supposed to look like? No reference point.

Another thing that crushes me is when I start getting that 'damn he used to be big look.' I'm trying to train my brain to know I'm gonna get a bit smaller, it's inevitable. If I can maintain most of my strength, I can live with being smaller, I guess.

Controlled studies show that total intake determines body weight, so I don't think science supports that statement.
Maybe you just had an easier time overeating on more calorie dense food?
