If I'm on the road, then yeah, I'll get a milkshake and combo to keep me full. Otherwise, I'd rather make my own food, thank you very much.  :)

They say there = no accounting for taste.

This is Dump: I hate making my own food. Sometimes I go to McDonalds, but I have been to some very high-end restaurants here and there. Experiencing a diversity of food = great, but making it myself = no way.

Well, dining out is great, and I try to do it as much as possible. I guess I don't have your deep pockets to have my cousine comprise solely of it.

Dump: I do not dine out all the time as I usually go by a very strict diet that utilizes the gram weight for all food eated 6x/week (very boring food). I was referring to when I want something good with my dining out comment. I need to look buff for my finance-geek meetings.

I still hate making food though. It is the most boring thing I do.

Eh, I have known a bunch of Norwegians in my time and two here. They have very, very good lives. If could choose between being American and Norwegian I would have to choose the latter.

You sometimes give off the vibe of being a somewhat lonely obnoxious english snob.

Your preference for Norway goes a long to explaining your fascination with American rap music for me.  ;D

Not bad!? Farkin' terrible! Why eat that unappetizing swill? Anyway, I thought you were a celebrity chef, these days. Slumming it?
I love all foods.

Also, for your information, the trend now in exquisite food is molecular gastronomy.

The current, "Worlds Greatest Chef", Ferran Adrià of El Bulli, states that he cannot match Fast Food no matter what.  He admits that it would be impossible to duplicate a better burger than McDonalds or Burger King in terms of taste/quality.

So hopefully that should make you think twice about fast food.

Austrian genius.

I doubt him being Austrian had anything to do with it.

It looks like you can't cook very well though...

Agreed. That's why I eat in restaurants most of the time. :)

It's good you're wealthy enough to afford all those restaurants.

Yup, nothing at all. Mozartkugeln aren't a bad thing though...

I'm sure he's talking abount on a mass-produced scale. I'll be cooking up some burgers for friends in a week or so that will better tasting than any dried up piece of meat(s) and bun in a paper box, and I have no especial culinary talents. C'mon TA. Get real.

It's good you're wealthy enough to afford all those restaurants.

Reataurants are still very cheap in Vienna compared to other European cities. You can get a huge meal for under 8 Euros.

Yup, nothing at all. Mozartkugeln aren't a bad thing though...

true that, only the originals are worth mentioning though.

Debussey would like to second that :o

None of you could come close to cooking up something like the BigTasty burger they serve in Norwegian McD's, or the Whoppers.
