ah, right, thought i'd heard it before.
anyway, you might want to enlist a buddy to help you do the poses. You clearly know how to flex your muscles well but it wouldn't hurt to get a little practice with transitions and stuff...the more spot-on your poses are, the more you conceal any minor flaws you might have.
Progress looks good, though, keep on keepin' on!
