AGB is making lots of sense.
I would suggest reading his post, and discussing it with whoever is designing your diet. Just remember to drink a lot of water, and enough salt to balance the electrolytes, while doing the refeed. When getting the carbs down, drink at least 2 grams of water for each gram of carb.
The refeed could start in the afternoon, and end the next evening. And don't train during the refeed.
DO NOT TRAIN.
I would also suggest doing this refeed maybe once in the next coming days, then again in 12-18 days, but that is of course where your diet coach knows best.
But AGB is making a lot sense IMO.
You won't get fat if refeeding. Make sure to stay low on protein AND FATS.
