I was implying he's not natural.  Why would you just assume that?  ::)

Alright Bast you're taking this too far, just because you fought with Arvilla doesn't mean you should go around and accuse him of using gear.  It's obvious from looking at him that he is natural, his muscle size is very moderate, compared to his frame it is much less than you even and you're natural right??  Unless you're one of those dudes that thinks that Brad Pitt was juiced in fight club I don't see why you would say Arvilla was juiced.  Maybe I should stop arguing because I don't know if I can overcome your bias against Arvilla, but let me try just one more argument.  If Arvilla is juiced why is it that his arms are smaller than most naturals on the board, steroids are supposed to cause great gains in arm mass.  So if Arvilla is juiced why are his arms so small?  Try explaining that one.

Arvilla I can see why you got mad at this guy with all of the nonsense he is talking about you.

Mike - I don't brief strolls through the park are going to be enough to sufficiently burn any real fat.  You need to get on a treadmill or stepmill and consistently get 45-60 minutes 2x per day.  That's what it took for me to get diced...

I would recommend stepmill or elliptical.

Treadmill is a third choice but at a very brisk speed & high elevation.

I love the stair master... I swear it does wonders for you're calves while you burn the fat.

I know it sounds stupid but my calves sucked until I started doing my cardio on it.

I totally agree.  Last summer while preparing for a Yosemite hike, I did the stepmill for 60mins/day, 6 days/week.  My calves grew a 1/2 inch and I was not training them!

I totally agree with you.  I don't have bad calves by any means, but when I started doing the stairmaster I got the diamond shaped calves.

Holy sh*t Mike, an 54 f'ing page thread (and with a couple of months to showtime, it will surely get bigger - haha). Even if you, god forbid, take a tumble over your Zimmer frame tomorrow and hurt yourself, you have created a monster here. Good work  ;)
