Just an observation when I looked closer at your journal.........

I see Protein, Fats, and Carbs in your journal, but where's the fiber?  You need something to move all that food along or you'll get backed up.  Also fiber (the greener the better, broccolli is the best) is a good fat burner and it fills you up a bit when your low carb'n it like you.  Fiber is low in calories and the carbs shouldn't count towards your daily totals cause they get digested differently then the carbs your counting.  I'd also suggest if you can't get all your fiber in by food use a drink.  I drink Sugar Free Citricel almost everyday, and 2 times a day when prepping.  Fiber has SO many benefical factors!!  Don't ignore it or you won't be able to poop!!!!

He does get in fiber.  Eats greens (brocolli, spinach, etc.) I just don't log them.  He also takes fiber pills as well.   ;)

You need to work on developing blocks in your abs.  Roman chair sit ups w/ a 25-45lb. weight alwats helped me.  Did abs 5-6 days a week leading up to the show.  Also did alot of hanging straight leg raises.

Mike - you've put on some serious muscle, but you might want to back off the GH & Synthol...

Food (the right food) is energy.  When you constantly feed your body, it is constantly fueled and the metabolism is always running high.  When your body is used to taking in a meal at say 5:00pm and not again until the next morning, your metabolism slow during the night as it is not being continuously fueled...therefore eating something at 8:00 and going to bed just converts the food to fat or doesn't digest properly.

Just look at the progress Michael has made.  In the begining, he was not a continuous eater (he could barely finish a meal), after eating the right foods every 3-4 hours he has leaned out and totally transformed.

You must admit that the ECA stack had something to do with it
Here comes the money shot

You still have to eat right Steele, don't you?  Otherwise why not just eat donuts, pizza and ECA.

I never ripped on Gibber...he has came a very long way.He was a walking skeleton when he started.I think it is much more difficult for a guy like him who is so naturally skinny.

P.S. New pics look great Mike. Good luck with the final preperations and  I hope you do very well.

Mike, to improve the definition in your abs I have a very good excercise, it's really hard to explain though, here goes...

lay down on the floor, arms and legs extended, so your arms are on the ground over your head. Then arch your back, you will feel tension increasing on your abs. This means your abs are extending further than normal, your ROM is increased. Now raise both your feet and hands a couple of inches off the ground, still having your back arched. You now contract your abs, forcing the arch out of your back, you are effectively pushing your back to the ground this way. it also means your arms and legs will go up in the air. Do this very slowly, on both the positive and the negative part of the excercise. This excercise kind of grafts the skin on your abs. Do it every other day, don't count reps, make sure one rep takes around 10 secs, 5 up and 5 down. It's tough at first, but it such a great shaping excercise and it strengthens your core a lot!

ECA stack is no magic pill or something, it really helps, it gives you extra power, and really put you on the go even when you cut back your calories.
It's a strong stimulant, but you should eat clean, otherwise it wouldn't help, but when you eat clean, and use its stimulant effects to do extra cardio, it works wonders.
