WHy dont you share with the folks that never been on stage before how tiring, and exhausting pre judging can be! SOme of these folks dont understand, as they can never endure a 12 week contest diet. Ever..

Thanks Herc! Only those who have been there know what it takes. I haven't been saying too much but, Mike has lost almost 70lbs & really suffered to get in the condition he achieved,not to mention losing a member of the family in the process,had a major car wreck,abcessed tooth & sick as a dog 3-4 times & a few other things along the way, & he still sucked it up & did not back down one bit & all these little insecure punks can do is find something to fault. If they took half a moment to realize this or know what reallly good people Mike & Laura are, they too would be proud. I am enternally grateful for the opportunity to have gotten to know Mike & Laura & if he never gets onstage again, he has proven to everyone (& most importantly himself) that he is a warrior & not a big mouth wanna-be

Yep.  What folks do not realize, Mike didnt jus t"lose a few pounds", He is RIPPED. There is a beyond point. He definately imho is redlining his conditioning..super thin skin, even has a christmas tree coming out on his lowerback...Scarier is that if he stays on course,  hes gonna be even bigger and better for his next show..

AND THIS IS THE FIRST SHOW HE EVER DIETED FOR..TALK ABOUT NAILING IT ON THE FIRST SHOT!!  8)

thanks Stella!! I'm very proud of both my athletes esp Mike. My wife has competed before Mike hasn't. To attain the conditioning he did in his first show even amazed me.

I think this is Mike's best picture so far.


Cheri....use a lighter back drop "like a white or beige wall" when you take a picture of mike.

See how simply I cut & pasted Mike's picture to a neutral white backdrop....Mike really looks better.


Good job mike.  You know which bodyparts you need to bring up now...just hit it heavy.
