Hardly a starvation diet.  This is what most competitors do.  2000 calories or so. Lets take a 200 lb man,  give him 250 grams of protein. 150 grams of carbs and 45 grams of fat.  What is so starvation about that?

You are being rediculous.  Go look at most peoples contest prep.
you know nothing

Well 2000 cals while doing pre contest cardio feels crappy.
And Mike dropping 70 pounds man, I bet he was feeling like bones, you get that feeling but it feels great then the negative cals just start to make you hurt.

Cheri how much has Mike gained since the end of the contest? That is the best part

So what's the story? Did Mike place last in both categories? Someone give me the competitor count for each class please. Because it's important to know the truth. Not hating, just looking for the facts.

Just 2 slices...then we kinda went to bed and destroyed the sheets. ;)

He's still sleeping.  :D

WTF??  Why would he do that?  Time to relax at least for a day or 2.  Would probally look better than last night, after the ritual pig out.  Thats not meant as a jab but thats how it seems to go, the body just is so depleated the excessive calories just fill you out and streach the skin even more.

Still dont get the 2 pieces thing sounds a little neurotic.

I agree.  But I don't think I have been cruel at all.  Cheri and I have battled, but me and Mike are cool and I very rarely mess with him- I only worried about the health side- about the strain of a first Bbing show at 40+ and losing 1/4 of one's body mass in 3-4 months is huge.  Billy Carp dying was a horrible thing, and I would hate to see that happen again.

Sure, some have been cruel, and some are outright insulting them right now. But I'm not. I just asked about the placement.  And she's focusing on me for some reason.

Haven't had time to read thruough this whole thread.  Based on what I have seen so far...

1. Congrats Mike!
2. Cheri, mellow out ;)
3. Rob, WTF does Billy's death have anything to do with this ???  It had nothing to do with "gear" ::)

In the first year of a business you can get every penny back that ya pay in...actually for three years I think...well...maybe not a real business..lol. What I mean is,a failing business. Like me,I drag race on the weekends strictly as a hobby...BUT...I can claim it as a business for 2 or three years.Of coarse nobody makes any money racing(I don't mean big time racers but you know just local guys having fun) so on paper the business is a terrible failure, and you can't make a living at it so they will give you all your tax money back....but after the 2 or 3 year limit that is it...sorta like they are saying" you suck at this...find another way to make a living".I have not done this yet,but I know people who have. They save every receit they have concerning the race car, truck or trailer...and take it to H.R block and they get back every penny they pay in from their "real" job.A good friend of mine made $38,000 dollars at his regular job...has no dependants...and got back almost 6 grand on his taxes by doing this...perfectly legal.

First off I have maybe 30 websites.  Mostly for friends or friends of theirs.  But all from referals.  I only use Frontpage.  What is wrong with it.  If someone needs something done in Flash or something I can't do i just tell them I can't do it and find someone else.  I do these for fun, not a job.  I do them at night since I am up till 2am or 3am.  I spend maybe 5 hours a day thats it.  I charge anywhere from $300 to $600 a site.  Unlimited pictures and some okay stuff.  Nothing to fancy.

I did a site called irwinshiff.com which won politcial site of the year in 2000.  The site has changed its name often cause the Feds keep closing it down.  This guy teaches you how NOT to pay taxes legally.  There is no law written anywhere where it says you have to personal income tax.  In fact I think he offers like $100,000 cash to anyone who can show him where it says you are required to pay personal income tax.  He also shows you how to fill out a legal zero income tax form. He is also the #1 seller of the IRS Tax Book.  He highlights all kinds of things in the book and sells it to show how you don't have to pay income tax.  He is the IRS's worst nightmare.  He goes to court for people at $500 an hour to be an expert witness in tax cases.  The last I heard his site was paynomoretaxes.com  Interwsting guy.

Serious question Mike,

Why do you claim yourself as being a natural when you have Admitted in the past to steroid use.  You also used T3 and Clenbuterol to get lean.  You have ZERO right to call yourself natural.  I liked you up until the point you decided to call yourself natural.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He's never claimed that he was a natural TA.  Shiftedshape (or whatever his name is) is the one who keeps rolling with that, not Michael.
