6' 185 is a pretty good athletic build. It will be more pleasing to the eye to a majority of the public. If you want to look good for getbiggers, 200+ is a must.
I'm coming back down from 240 since I'm no longer planning to do anymore shows and I'm having a hell of a time losing it with out getting fat (age is a bitch). I've been trying to lose it gradually vs a BB diet like I normally would have done. Currently 215 and my BF is the highest it's ever been. I should have been using drugs to spare some of the muscle because that's all that it seems that I have lost.
I think I'm gonna take a few weeks off the diet to reset and then go with a mod carb, mod protein, low fat diet supplementing with test prop and tren ace. I'd like to get to 200-195 (5'10") then I'm gonna rock my Highschool reunion.
