I am tall with pretty much no forearms, but why would anyone pretend that having no forearms is cool? Of course big forearms are cool! I haven't found mine grow much, but some guys do have big-ass forearms, tree-surgeons, gymnasts, some squash players, sh!t like that.

i do 50 bodyweight squats every 3rd night. might not sound impressive, but its damn hard when you weight 270lbs +

i've also did hiit squats using a olympic bar, as many squats as i can for 20 secs, 10 secs rest etc.

the hiit feels worse  :(

I would think if your forearms are lagging you could improve upon them with little worry of them becoming too thick.

maybe if you worked and earned money you could exchange the money for goods and services. Gym membership for example

Glad to hear you are contributing to society in some way or form with taxes, national insurance etc. You will no doubt be costing the NHS 100s of 1000s in terms of cost and care and support following your imminent heart attacks.

heavy ass weights and lower reps, 6-8 sometimes 10 on traps.

I've noticed some improvements doing seated DB shrugs. Do 8-10 heavy, then grab a lighter pair of DB's and bang out as many as you can, holding at the top for 2 seconds or so.
No doubt about it...

Yeah, I'm going for the "no-neck" look or as close as possible.  They are stubborn as hell.

barbell shrugs to the front is the only thing that's ever worked for me, that and deadlifts.

no 1-2 rep one leg squats are more than enough done with perfect form.  If you need to go higher or use weights you probably are cheating.
