I can just see Alex23 at the seminar....shirt 3 sizes too small, sleeves rolled up, arms crossed self-conciously.... looking around every 15 seconds to see if anyone is actually paying attention to him.

As if anyone gives a fuck that he is going to some nutrition class.  ::)

wow looks like I've solidly made it into polycumsonpurpose cebral cortex....

Will it be all about why you should pay him $2000 to attend his 'intensive seminar' or will he come right out with how many grams of carbs for how much insulin?

All kidding aside, Milos seems like a cool dude, I just don't have the disposable funds to fly 1400 miles to get there.  :'(

For anyone who is going, you will learn more in one afternoon than you have with any of the BS articles you may have read in magazine. I had the privelege of training with Milos about 5 years ago at the Koloseum (Gold's Fullerton then) and it totally changed the way I train now. If I hadn't moved to Chicago I would be there for sure. Go in there, listen and learn.

I certainly don't want to waste anybody's time...I can just promise to all of you - I'll show you something different in every aspect of your training and dieting...and IF everyone gives me a chance - I am sure I'll be able to convince each and every one of you who attend the seminar certain "specifics" in training, than dieting and finally supplementation...

If I don't convince you - hmmm well...- we would figure something out...
