Didn't Kevin say the same thing over a year ago on BigNation radio?  I like Kevin the bodybuilder but I'm afraid to tell you guys this but in that video he posted, he is drunk as fuck...You can almost see the alcohol pouring out of his body...And I'm sure the guy who funded the movie REDLINE who was completely destroyed in the MSNBC TV movie (House of CARds)hasn't helped Kevin's career...

Truth is Kevin can no longer put on his resume that he was in the Movie "REdline"...Why you may ask

Because the guy who put that movie together has like a 3rd grade education and is basically more of a scum then any other guy who has ever made a movie in the history of movies including all porn...The guy got fooking pwned like nobodies business in the TV movie "house of cards" and anyone who touches anyone involved in this thing is poison...

Kevin is fooking Poison in Hollywood...It sucks because I think Kevin is cools as shit...But he will probably drink himself to death in no less then 6 years... :-\

I dont know about the other stuff but I was thinking the same thing, he looked a bit fucked up or depressed probably both in that first clip.  Maybe he is for real....the weights may be his salvation.  I bet it burns his ass to struggle with 315 for a rep on the bench when he used to punch out sets of 8 with 405 on the incline.

5 pounds of muscle/week naturally, 206 to 245 in 8 weeks. If he can do it i can do it  8)
Natural to a bodybuilder = anything under 2grams of test/20ius gh per day.

in that 315 video the description says he eats 1500 cals a day (while allegedly maintaining 209 lean pounds) and will be consuming 3k cals in order to put on 5lbs of mass a week while clean. 

he seems like an alright guy but like many other bodybuilders he just can't help but sprinkle in bullshit here and there.

I don't know, but I'm exactly the same height as Kevin and was up to 220 pounds last year and yes, I was lifting weights and I had a shitload of fat too. I gradually leaned out to about 205-210 (Kevin's supposed weight) and I still looked bigger than Kevin does today. I eventually went down to 160 and looked thin, but I think I looked to be right around Kevin's size when I was 190-195 MAX. We've seen Kevin at 230 pounds and he was HUGE. No way is he only 20 pounds away from that weight right now.

Chest
Flat Bench: 4 sets, (135 lbs., 225 lbs., 275 lbs., 315 lbs.) 6-8 reps, cranked out 4 reps of 315 on last set – not bad.
Incline Bench: 4 sets of 6 (225 lbs.)
Peck-Deck Flies: 4 sets of 8 (180 lbs.) Free Weight Flies: 4 sets of 8 (35-pound dumbells)

(No negatives, I’ve never done negatives – more about this in future blog posts.)

Shoulders
Behind The Neck Press, Smith Machine: (1st set, 135lbs, 8 reps, 2nd-4th set, 185, 8 reps.)
Note: Someone asked on the blog about doing these in front of the neck. Behind the neck is ideal because it works front, mid and rear delts – all three. If your front delts are lacking or disproportionate you can do some sets in front.
Side Lateral Raises: 2 sets at 35lbs, then 8 sets at 40lbs.

Triceps
Push Downs with EZ Bar: 4 sets at 120lbs.

So did Kevin bench 315 for one (as I saw in that video), or did he bench 315 x 4 in his first workout back?   ???
