People like you are the problem here; you boldly claim I make no effort when it is not true and then claim I am too negative, making it seem like lifting weights is all there is in life. I work with the genetics I have and luckily have accomplished a number of other things that have nothing to do with bbing.

looking much better deicide, and you are also bigger than what i had pictured.  you still got a ways to go with the diet before you'll be ripped though.  take it one day at a time.  dieting is a lifestyle choice and not a quick fix, so if you take it one day at time, you will arrive to your destination before you know it. 

do you have before pics?  it would be good to see a comparison.

No real good comparable shots but I definitely was fatter before.
