Are you squatting 'cause from the look of the quads, it looks like you are doing leg raises. Squats are your friend.So hit your arms more with a focus on the shoulders. And get some squats on ya!
LMAO, Chaos. Deicide, keep at it and don't get too caught up on trying to lose too much too fast - a gradual fat loss based on a sensible approach is more permanent than anything you'll get out of crash dieting or something similar.
actually his quads were pretty damn big in his before shot and were the strong point on his body, looks like a couple of inches came off of them with the dieting.
It's possible but then again I couldn't see any outlines of anything before on them and now they are gradually coming in.

Why diet and take your focus off size. You don't compete, you should be focused on putting on as much size as you can then consider dieting unless you are going for the ever popular swimmer look.
