This is to bad for this guy. I've trained at both Gold's in Lakeland the South Golds was nice and seemed like a serious gym, I know among others Ray Lewis trained there, some pretty good builds there. The North gym seemed like a health spa.

I wonder what this means long term for sports (short term we all get the idea). I'm sure we will never rid drugs, ped's, etc... from sporting contests, but I wonder if America will begin to suffer internationally in terms of athletics. We maybe seeing the end of the American professional bodybuilder.....

This is definitely worth taking a chance with a jury trial.  I know I would.  All you have to do is appeal to common sense and if your legal team has done its job during jury selection, you've got a strong chance of getting a hung jury.
