"natural talent" ? I think he had to work years for these skills. Probably a former gymnast also.

decent body but not very big even compared to natural bodybuilders.

Genetics? Please...that is a finely tuned athlete with probably 10-15yrs+ of training and conditioning. Sure genetics may play a small role but I'd put money on the fact that he takes his sport (gymnastics, competitive diving) seriously (as some here on GB do) and lives to train and improve his skills.. not the "oh he's just good cause of his genetics" excuse of why he is good at what he does or better than others.

Yes. Given the right training and time. I would guess he has been in gymnastics as a young kid. I've watch my cousin go from pudgy kid to doing shit very similar to this in just 3yrs so again...yes, with the right training, dedication I think it is possible.

There's a certain confidence you have in this kind of sport, you just know that you won't get hurt.
It's like running, technically you could break your legs or neck just by one wrong step.

sorry to disappoint you, but genetics are the single most important factor in his ability to do what he does.
