thank you tombo.. yes i still train hard.. i lift weights 3 days a week and do cardio (high intensity) 3 times a week (30 minutes each).. i am still new with this cardio matter but i like it,.. it's really great!!..

look like you had some good potential in contests, you still look in good shape so its easy to get ready for a contest, im sure you did well in those gym contests
