people sometimes forget...its a 3rd world country without running water and electricity in most places and people live in poverty and 99% of the population is uneducated...combine that with religious idiots and you get the above result... my dad has NEVER said a cross word to mum...hell he's pretty much wrapped around her finger...with education comes breeding you r talking about poverty where kids voluntarity get their arms and legs amputated so that they'd make better beggars so they can eat  hense i'm an athiest (parents muslim)....i've seen 1 too many little girls eating out of the trash to believe in god |

This has nothing to do with begging or being a better servant to God. I was talking about the ladies that get extreme abuse or killed because the "forgot their place" and tried to be more. This isn't a poverty issue as it happens across all classes and there are even cases of it happening here in North America. I guess my point is this... Just because a women strives to be a better person, higher educated, or a leader in society doesn't mean that it will make them unhappy. I don't judge myself, my worth, or my happiness because I have a man to run home to and be subservient too. I am single because I haven't found a man who can please me physically and intellectually, settling for less would make me unhappy. |

Seems to me that these women didn't try to be men but yet, aren't to particular happy.
Being on fire kind of has that affect.
