I was around 250 or so
Maybe im lighter now than 235,yeah fuck I must be,Im weighin in tonight anyway before I start cycle

Started this morning
10iu slin then gym for 45mins for Triceps
2iu gh and 1 and 1/2 anadrol after it
Gf upstairs now cookin my chicken
Has 2chicken breasts in pitta bread and a gainer earlier

Did you put any kind of sauce of them? I find chicken breasts are always too dry for my taste. I am a mayo loving, fat-toothed mofo tho..
