Weight isn't a dominating factor in bodybuilding contests - its called SUBJECTIVITY. I've never seen a tape measure or scale used to judge a bodybuilding contest.

You don't even know what balance is or isn't so you can't say who is better balanced , and more complete? at his best Dorian hands down , I can teach you what balance is if you'd like? you know arm length in relation to torso , torso length , torso length in relation to legs , then factor in proportion between one muscle group to another , etc and it's obvious those is us in the know , which is the better balanced athlete
