Strong lifts Meso, and good ROM too -- props. Funny how you constantly get asked to post vids of your lifts, but then get flamed once they're posted. Thing is, I would be equally impressed from a guy who might only use 100 lb. dumbells -- as long as he's training super hard to failure and trying his best to constantly strive to improve.
With that last set of flats with the 160's -- be careful at the end of the set when trying to dispose of the weights; might get injured; looked kinda dangerous there.
Ever tried pressing the DB's with a thumbless grip? I feel it better than a thumbs-around grip, although I'm a tiny bit stronger with a thumbs-around grip.
