You do realise that you put the same amount of weight on the legpress as Dorian Yates, right. ::)



Maybe you see a lil difference in the Range of motion (1st), and in the size of your guy's legs (2nd). ;)

The way you're doing them is completely bullshit, the benefit for the legs is near zero, the only thing the super-heavy (bet some bitches were around at that time ;)) sloppy quarter reps are good for is f*cking up ur knees (und wie du genau im rechten Winkel abbremst, autsch, mir schmerzen schon beim zusehen die Knie :-\ :-X)
