here's a pick of the Palin kids and I can easily see where the two older daughters could be mistaken especially if they were sitting down or you could only see the face.

It was still an inappropriate joke that would not have been made about any other politician.

By the way how was it obvious seeing that her daughter Willow was in New York not Bristol.

First off Letterman already went into great detail about how he didn't mean the 14 year old daughter. It was obvious to anyone listening this was the case to anyone with half a brain and some common sense.

Anyway Letterman was funny, bad taste sure but funny. He's been doing that for 30 plus years. I especially liked his apology because none of it was sincere except the twisting of the A-Rod comment. Other than that it gave him another opportunity to bring up the jokes again and own Palin and "Todd" all over again. If Palin was stupid enough to go on Letterman i'd expect her to be destroyed much the same way he does to all the pusedo celebrities like Paris Hilton, Spencer Pratt, Richard Simmons etc.
