100 lb. 1 arm extensions
« on: June 12, 2009, 09:11:14 AM »
Now here is one of the strongest guys you'll see on extensions-no close-grip bench masquerading as extensions these are the real deal. 125 lb. x 10 reps off-season equates to close to 300 lb. 2 handed extensions, which is about as high as i've seen for true extensions.

-405 lb. close grip for reps.
-500 bench for reps.
-125 1-arm ext. for reps.

Good muscle quality and dryness in the overall physique.

I really like this guys physique.

He looks rock hard and he has huge bodyparts all tie in together perfect.

his extensions are crazy considering he is one day after the show i think.

piss poor form......the guy is barely moving the dumbbells and barbell!

His arms are big.....but not as impressive as Darrem Charles, Aaron Baker and Will Harris. Very big arms but not a lot of shape.

he is very big.....but not pretty to look at......he is huge like nasser and fux.....he would not be considered aesthetic or pleasing as far as shape goes.

extremely powerful looking though.

He didn't look that big in the videos,  until that chick used a tap measure on his arms.  Very impressive.

I know what you mean, but that's the common look now so it's not a big negative plus i'd say his aesthetics are solid, not bad at all including the small waist and good shape.

It's all about bone structure, the size of wrist, ankle etc. relative to muscle size and the tapers between them that creates part of the effect of volume.

Since Franco and Louie were in WSM 30 years ago i can't think of another BB who has been in it, which misses an opportunity to broaden the audience for BB as well as for the involved. Too bad he couldn't do both as it would be awesome to see and great promotion for BB.

That video on his homepage (or whomever) with the interview by Dave, was a good watch. What a modest, down-to-earth guy... I mean "monster".. geez!

I had never seen him before. I've been to the Golds gym where Jay was training (before he moved to Vegas).. I didn't know it had closed.

Henderson is a shit hole. Oh well, hope he makes it.
