Fructose is the shittiest carb ever. You're better off with just plain sucrose. Fruit is okay in moderation though, I eat exotic fruits but just in small servings.

Agree and eating them whole (the fruits listed in OP's 1st post) will fill you up faster with less calories than drinking them.  You will drink twice as much sugar if you blend all those fruits up.

its just a bit overkill though for the shake

i think one type of fruit in yogurt without any protien powder is good

1/2 cup skim milk 45 calories
1 cup strawberries 50 calories
1/2 black berries 40 calories
1/2 raspberries 32 calories
1/2 blue berries 42 calories
1 large banana 200 calories
3 tbs whole flax seed 140 calories
1/2 raw oatmeal (83 calories
1 raw egg 72 calories 
2 scoops elite 12 hour protein 60 grams vanilla flavor 300 calories
Ice cubs and water  to achieve desired consistency  blended for about 10 min

I've switched things up lately, started aadding no sugar skim milk vanila ice cream (sweetened with splenda) to my shakes in stead of the ice cubs....now I get nice frothy milk shakes, even with just whey, which usually ends up real thin if you mix it iwth water.

Hmmm I think I will make a shake now.  Water, powder and peanut butter.
