I hope my mind isn't being owned if I comment, but it's an interesting thread. Flex is more of a legend. I'm not sure Phil's at his most recent best in the comparisons as Flex looks so much bigger than you would expect. Could feasibly still win though, if he got his glutes sorted. But I suppose at 00.000% bodyfat Flex would have to win. Both have some similar weeknesses, like width. Flex obviously better shape, but Heath has the calves. Hmmmmm

Flex 93 vs. Phil 2006 or Phil pf present or Phil of the future...Flex hands down...shape, size, conditioning, poise. hell, even the way he carried himself on stage reminds me of the way Arnold acted in Pumping Iron...he just never won the big one like Arnold.

dude i cannot look like you and u cant look like me
i try to be the best meso .. i can you try to be the best decide i can...

eg i did legs today.... on the end i did calves donkey raises, toe presses  standingcalv raises all in excess of 50 reps
..even if i did this for another 20 years chances are u i wont have calf development anywhere near yours....  but thatwont stop me from working them till water comes from my eyes because im not tryin to have decides calves im tryin to get the best calves meso can get
