ok bros ive learned some very interesting things

the key is fruits!!

but since fruits have so many fat soluble and water soluble vitamins its best to eat TONS OF FRUITS AND TONS OF REGULAR FOOD i dont mean low fat food

because the fat from regular food helps to assimiliate the high density vitamins and minerals from the TONS of fruit you should be consuming

there are studies out there that show that fat eatin with high vitamin foods makes the vitamins 4 times more absorbable

i just need to train more and eat more. seems that if you keep the amount of fruit slightly higher than the amount of regular food with fat then you dont gain fat!

this is what i looked like coming back from the beach, no weights just a good amount of bicycle riding up and down the coast, eating only about 6 peices of whole fruit and 3-4 servings of spinach a day and 40 grams of flaxseed. yes the fat would go down day by day but damn thats hellafied strict eating but it wasnt that hard to eat like that though but with this diet you lack the desire to lift weights although i did ride my bike alot wich is sorta like weights. if i kept going with the diet id be all the way ripped though, but when i got back i simply got bored of it and wanted taste. it sucks cause i look decent but FAR FAR FAR from being ripped

dont get it twisted, this physique came from HOURS in the gym probably around 2-3+ at times, yes i was eating meat also at this time too but bottom line is you gotta spend alot of time in the gym to have all your bodyparts big not just upper body, im sure my quads were good too, but even then i wasnt completley ripped either but i took it as far as i naturally could, in conclusion its probably better to smoke cigarettes and weed and eat as little as possible but stay active to be ripped with some muscle for a Better more ripped natural physique. id probably look smallish but rippedish like wavelength if i just smoked cigarettes and dieted super hard

i think my genetics suck if i have to train so hard only to have barely six abs showing , and have to train 2-3 hours for decent arms, and eat like a rabit to have abs barley showing

by the way this is EVERY DAY TRAINING never any days off from activity. now days i feel like the more i train the more my body wants to sleep aswell

you spent to long looking at GH/Test Abs so your expectations are too high

I think your best bet right now to bring out your upper chest more is to just shave the hair off of yer chest...brings out tons of definition trust me on this one ...

yeah the key to that is simply do more elevated pushups in sets of 20. but i just cant find the energy, i gotta keep shuffling around my diet. and i know if i eat too much variety my body feels taxed and lethargic. i already know about shaving my chest, im not really into the cosmetic fake way of looking more ripped or bigger, i would just simply rather "BE"

The point is that you want to look bigger and you do if you shave it off...whats fake about that? Its still your own muscles you are looking at right?

na bro, the tans and epic shavings is illusion. if you do it more power to you. true falcons should be able to dress in shit clothing and be pasty white but ripped enough to still be the masters
