yeah i have this pdf for like year and a half. read it all the way through for first time only a few months ago. a true expert.

I saw some posts by Aceto on rxmuscle and got a good impression of him. Of course seen his articles in Flex mag many years ago. He said he didn't know the answer to every little thing and that's a good sign IMO.

Never saw a guy like Palumbo say "I don't know", they'd rather answer every question, no matter how ridiculous the answer.

his answers are always ridiculous... " low estrogen blunts androgen receptor sensitivity" ...never gonna forget that one..
