Prostate cancer occurs in the PERIPHERY of the gland. This would not cause constriction of the urethra which runs through the center of the prostate, and if it did it would mean that the cancer was disseminated by that point and there would be systemic signs of that. But this is all MOOT because 30 year old men do not get prostate cancer. Period. If you play odds, it's an STD, mostly likely chlamydia. 1 dose of azithro and it's done.
I dont think its cancer either but this is the first thing a MD worth anything would rule out, with tests. A guy comes in complaining of these symptoms first thing a good doc will do is a DRE to see it the prostate is enlarged, if it is next is blood work to check PSAs usually along with a urine test and KUB x ray.
You seem to contradict yourself saying cancer would not cause the BPH type symptoms, but then you go on to say that yes those symptoms could occur in more advanced stages of prostate cancer. Guess what many people ignore aches and pains till it's too late all the time. Not common in men under 30 for sure but def not impposible.
