Am I the only one who couldn't care less about this story?
Fox was the only network ( and CNN to a lesser degree) that actually covered something important ( Iran). MSNBC ran this story ad-nauseum and largely ignored the rest of the planet because this schmuck was a republican. Then again, Maddow still books guests three times a week to weigh in on trying the Bush administration for war crimes- so what else would you expect?
The Taliban is running amok in Pakistan ( who has nuclear weapons). Our biggest enemy in the region who is in the process of making nuclear weapons is on the verge of having a revolution-- is killing its own people for protesting, and instead, the most important story is some redneck governor I never heard of cheating on his wife with some south american bimbo? I mean can we all get a grip please?
The only thing I found more comical than the coverage of this fiasco, was the plethora of left wing stooges who went on television and had the audacity to credit Obama's self degrading, ass licking apologist of a speech given in Cairo a few weeks back. Somehow that pathetic display of ignorance and arrogance led to the Iranian people protesting. How remarkable. Did anyone bother to read the speech... or listen to it.... or was it too long? Obama basically bowed to fundamentalist Islam and gave totalitarian regmies in the middle east a free pass on human rights and rights for women. The self induced delirium perpatrated by the left to help Obama look credible is completely insane.
