what type of cardio are you doing and are you doing it on a empty stomach?

well in a perfect world i would love to do 6 days a week am fasted
but heres how it really works out
monday 530 am...25 mins interval sprints on treadmill...walk 1 min at 3.5 mph...sprint 1 minute at 9.0-9.3 mph
weights in the afternoon
tuesday-post workout-35 mins walk at 9 incline at 3.4 mph
wed-530 am...35 mins walk 9 incline at 3.4 mph...weights in the aftrernoon
thursday-no weights no cardio
friday-35 mins walk 9 incline at 3.4 mph..am fasted
sat...am fasted...25 mins intervals same as mondays
sun-post workout...35 mins walk same as wed and fri
diet
1)50g whey iso post cardio
2)4 eggs and 4 oz lean lean steak...3 slice ezekiel bread or 1 cup oats
3)8 oz chciken w veggies and handful almonds
4)8 oz chciken 1 cup brown rice w veggies
5)shotgun
workout
xtend intra workout
5)snythesize post workout...no carbs...lots aminos leucine...20g proteins
6)8 oz chciken tablspoon and half peanut butter w veggies
I would only assess my physique right after a workout, always using the same lighting.
You don't need any special diet setup, just enough protein and caloric restriction.
why after my weights workout do i look bloated??? but then if i do cardio after weights i dont look bloated anymore???
