You say that bodybuilder's are liers when they say they eat clean, well this is what he has posted in his blog on his website:
#1 8oz chicken, 5 eggwhites, 2 slices of wholewheat toast dry, 1 cup of oatmeal
#2 8oz Tilapia, 2 cups of brown rice
#3 8oz Chicken, 12oz sweet potatoe

According to you, is he is lieing?
