i couldnt live with myself if someone caught me in the act of playa hatin on someone more ripped and inshape and better looking than myself, id be embarassed.

You are living in small world. Thats why you feel it.
If you go out where you live and travel, you will meet tons of people superior than you in those aspects(since there is no superiority...).
And finaly, you get accostumed to meet those people.
