Now maybe Staples gave them a screaming deal on the rental because it was during an off-time it would have sat empty, I don't know, but setting that aside, I'd guess they set the pricing to break even at something less than sold out, since you obviously can't count on a sellout, but I would think if they were
trying to turn a profit, the ticket prices should have been much higher.
